Do you store my actual file publicly?

No. We respect your privacy. We store the cryptographic hash (the fingerprint) and the description. Your actual high-resolution source file remains with you. We only host the preview/thumbnail if you choose to display it.

By using our service, you agree that your Name and the Asset Description will be publicly visible on the Certificate Verification page to allow third parties to verify authenticity.

Lost Certificate?

If you lost your certificate file, you can always recover it by using the "Verify" function on the homepage with your Certificate ID.

By uploading content to ProofOfAI, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator or authorized rights holder of the content. Registering content you do not own is a violation of these terms.

2. Nature of Service

ProofOfAI provides a timestamping and hashing service. We do not grant government-issued copyright or trademarks. We provide evidence of existence.

3. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs of blockchain/database stamping, all sales are final once the certificate is generated. If an error occurs on our end, please contact support.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProofOfAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
